#MY4.03 Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters (5–15 April 2026)

1. Campaign Period

This promotion is valid from 5 April 2026 (00:00) to 15 April 2026 (23:59) (Malaysia Time) (“Campaign Period”).

2. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open to all customers who make purchases on SunriseClick Malaysia during the Campaign Period.
  • Each purchase of any tennis-related item qualifies for entry into the lucky draw.
  • Employees of SunriseClick and its affiliates may be excluded at the Company’s discretion.

3. Entry Mechanism

  • Each qualifying purchase entitles the customer to one (1) entry into the lucky draw.
  • Multiple entries are allowed based on the number of qualifying purchases made.
  • Only orders that are successfully paid, fulfilled, and not cancelled, refunded, or returned will be eligible.

4. Prizes

A total of 25 Tennis Player Blind Boxes will be awarded:

  • SVRBLINDBOXZ-BENSTN-ZZZZ × 5 units
  • SVRBLINDBOXZ-CASRUD-ZZZZ × 5 units
  • SVRBLINDBOXZ-ELNRYB-ZZZZ × 5 units
  • SVRBLINDBOXZ-NAMOSK-ZZZZ × 5 units
  • SVRBLINDBOXZ-STNWAR-ZZZZ × 5 units

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected via a computerised random selection process from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.
  • The draw will be conducted on or after 16 April 2026.
  • The selection process will be carried out using a randomisation method to ensure fairness, and records of the draw may be retained for verification purposes.
  • Each entry has an equal chance of winning.
  • A participant may win more than one prize, subject to availability.

6. Blind Box Allocation

  • Prizes will be distributed in the form of blind boxes, allocated on a fully randomised basis.
  • Customers are not allowed to select, request, or exchange specific player models.
  • All allocations are final and non-exchangeable.

7. Winner Notification & Response

  • Winners will be notified via email and/or phone number registered with their order.
  • Winners are required to respond within five (5) calendar days from the date of notification (including Saturdays and Sundays).
  • If a winner fails to respond within this period, SunriseClick reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.
  • SunriseClick may also publish winners’ names (in partial format, e.g. name/initials) on its website or social media channels for announcement purposes.

8. Prize Fulfilment

  • Prizes may be fulfilled together with the customer’s order or shipped separately, at SunriseClick’s discretion.
  • SunriseClick reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.

9. General Conditions

  • This promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • SunriseClick reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not meet the campaign criteria.
  • SunriseClick reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • SunriseClick shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or from the use of any prize.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of any dispute, SunriseClick reserves the right to make the final decision, which shall be final and binding.
  • All decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize allocation are not subject to appeal.
